William has an A.B. (University of Nebraska, 1923),
graduate of Colgate Academy, Hamilton, New York,
1890, who attended Doane College, Crete, Nebraska,
Crozer Seminary, Chester, Penna., and the
University of Chicago, was ordained a Babtist
minister at Talmage, Nebraska, in 1896, held
pastorates at Palmyra, and Cedar Rapids, Nebraska,
Tomah and Wausau, Wisconsin, Irving Park, Chicago,
Illinois, and Belvidere, Illinois, and Port Huron,
Michigan, returned to Lincoln in 1918, where he
took charge of the Solar Radiation Station of the
United States Weather Bureau at the Nebraska
College of Agriculture.
