On 1920 census for Nicholas County, Richwood, City, the record shows a True Bancroft, age 43, born in Penna., living at 38 East Cranberry, and his wife Florence, age 27, born in Virginia, and a SS (Step-Son??), Carl Bancroft, age 12, born in West Virginia. Death records in Richwood also show he was 48 when he died.
